Palau Seamen Book (CDC)
  • Application Form duly filled
  • Passport Copy
  • Copy of color Passport size photo
  • Copy of Signature in black ink
  • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (DG/ ILO approved)
  • STCW Training Certificates (PST, PSSR, EFA, FPFF, STSDSD)

PALAU CDC/STCW/STSDSD

SEAMAN BOOK: Ordinary Seaman/ Marine Technician/ Steward/ Waiter/ Crane Operator/ Rigger/Security Guard/ Oil Man/ Fitter. etc
  • Original Application Form
  • Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport.
  • Color passport size Photograph (light or white Background).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a physician recognized by the White List country as authorized to carry out seafarers examinations. (Regulation I/9) – Must use "Palau" Medical Form.
  • Personal Survival Techniques Course
  • Fire Prevention & Basic Fire Fighting
  • Elementary First Aid
  • Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities
  • Ship Security Awareness with designated duties Certificate issued by a Maritime Training Institute recognized
Note : Once application done, you will receive soft copy within 2-3 working days. Hardcopy within a week after scan copy received .
Palau Endorsement On All Imo White List Coc
  • Original Application Form
  • Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport
  • 4 Color passport size Photograph (light or white Background).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a physician recognized by the White List country as authorized to carry out seafarers examinations.
  • Must use "Palau" Medical Form.
  • Basic STCW & Advance courses, GMDSS, ROC and ARPA, SSO etc.
  • Copy of Valid Seaman book& stamp pages.
  • Certificate of Competency.
  • Copy of SSO.
  • Copy of valid Company experience certificates, etc.
Certificate of Endorsement (COE)
  • Copy of current Certificate of Competency (COC).
  • Authentication/ Verification of applied Competency certificate for endorsement.
  • GMDSS for GMDSS Endorsement.
  • Tanker Familiarization course certificate (Oil/Chemical/Gas) for Tanker Endorsement.
  • Seamen Book (CDC with all sea service details).
  • Watchkeeping Certificate for Watchkeeping Endorsement.
